Platypus Nicosia is a socialist group in Nicosia, active since 2018. It is the local branch of the Platypus Affiliated Society.

The international political group Platypus, founded in December 2006, organizes study groups, public forums, research and journalism, focusing on the problems and tasks bequeathed to us by the “Old” (20s and 30s), the “New” ('60s and 70s) and the post-political ('80s and 90s) Left, on the possibilities of liberatory politics today.¹⁾
